PLEATPURE

Quality Inspection & Testing

Full filter quality inspection from PLEATPURE — incoming media checks, in-process control, final testing and batch documentation before every shipment.

WHAT WE OFFER

Quality Inspection & Testing Services

Incoming Material Inspection

Media grade, basis weight, pleat geometry and end cap materials verified against the approved specification on arrival.

In-Process Quality Control

Pleating, cutting, welding and assembly monitored at each production station, with first-article checks at line start.

Final Inspection Before Shipment

Dimensional checks, bubble point and burst tests on sampled production, plus 100 percent visual checks of seals and outer wraps.

Filter Testing Equipment

Bubble point testers, burst test rigs, flow benches, micrometers and calibrated gauges used at every inspection stage.

Batch Documentation

Test reports, certificates of conformance and material certificates compiled for every batch and shipped with the goods.

Traceability & Records

Batch records link media lots, production data and inspection results, so any issue traces back to its source.

OUR PROCESS

From Inquiry to Delivery

1

Specification Review

Acceptance criteria, test methods and sample rates agreed before production starts.

2

Incoming Inspection

Media and components verified against the specification, with reject lots quarantined and returned.

3

Process Control

In-line checks at every stage — pleat count, seal integrity, weld quality and dimensional drift.

4

Final QC & Shipment

Final inspection, batch documentation and release for shipping, with records kept for seven years.

WHEN TO USE THIS

Challenges This Solves

Early Filter Failure

Elements failing fast or passing dirt usually trace to media, seals or assembly. Batch inspection data pinpoints the cause.

Audits & Compliance

Buyers and auditors ask for documented quality. Batch records and test reports answer the questions without delay.

Inconsistent Supplier Quality

Mixed results across batches erode trust in the supply chain. A documented incoming and in-process inspection program levels out the variation.

FAQ

Quality Inspection & Testing — FAQ

What testing do you perform on filter elements?

Dimensional verification, bubble point, burst strength, media integrity and flow checks per batch. Test reports ship with every order.

Do you test to ISO standards?

Hydraulic media is tested per ISO 16889 for beta ratio and dirt-holding capacity (typical). Dimensional checks follow the OEM reference dimensions.

Can you provide test certificates?

Yes. Batch test reports and certificates of conformance are standard, and third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer's request.

Can you inspect pre-production samples?

Yes. Samples are checked for dimensions, media and assembly against the approved spec before mass production begins, using AQL sampling (typical).
